So, what exactly is a Logisticizer? A Logisticizer’s purpose is to “Enhance relationships through order management.”
A Logisticizer can focus on their immediate tasks at hand while simultaneously keeping a bird’s eye view of their role within the larger picture. They are creating a level of effectiveness and efficiency within the SEND system. Effective routing and appointment setting is the name of their game. They are the oil in the gears.
As part of our Shipper Team, it is one of our most important roles, responsible for managing information into our system and acting on that information. A Logisticizer sets up the dominoes and then starts the first one falling. If a load successfully picks up and on time, that’s in part to the Logisticizer accurately creating the order and scheduling it for the most successful result.
A Logisticizer is front facing with our customers- communicating updates, issues, and delays to them and offering viable solutions for everyone involved. They don’t just follow processes and procedures; they make them better and, in doing so, provide a high level of service.
A Logisticizer is a puzzle master. They have a unique ability to connect the dots between the shipping team, carrier team, and accounting team. The puzzle they are solving is how to create the best experience for our customers, carriers, and teammates through order management.
Logisticizer- Enhancing relationships through order management
- Accurately enter customer orders.
- Communicate updates, delays, and issues to customers.
- Help resolve Customer Order issues.
- Create efficient scheduling protocols with Carrier Team counterparts.
- Order appointment scheduling.
- SEND updated insurance certificates to customers.
- Share warehouse leads with Shipper and/or Sales teams
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
